The risin state of floods

dis is not really a good feat for the Nigerian people especially the lagos populace... wat is realy hapnin in dis country??? floods are takin homes away.... plz we shuld try n help ourselves, dis is nt jst d job of the government... n plz government shuld use funds designated to such projects for d projects nt for unnecessary programmes and personal vendetta.... a word is enuf for the wise...
